The Black Card Renewal Questionnaire

As 2016 winds down to a close, once again it is time to renew your Black card.

Every year the Re-Education Association for Licensing, Nurturing, Equipping and Getting Us Strong (R.E.A.L.N.E.G.U.S) conducts our annual procedure that issues millions of Black cards across America. Not to be confused with “the race card” (A figment of Y. P. Pull’s imagination that they accuse Black people of playing when their repeated racism causes Black people to wonder about all the slick shit white people do) , the Black  Card predates America itself. The first Black Cards were issued on parchment in September 8, 1711, the night before the Stono Rebellion, to make sure there were no turncoats on the planning committee. Since then, this commission has issued over 100 million Black Cards to those who qualify.

This year, in an effort to streamline our licensing process, we partnered with NegusWhoRead to quickly identify those whose Black cards can be automatically renewed. Simply take the quiz and qualify yourself with a passing grade. If you don’t pass, you can come into our office to take the test orally, or you can simply send an affidavit signed by two Black Card holders, notarized and sealed with a label from a bottle of hot sauce.
